Delivery Policy

 

Flower Delivery

Delivery charges are detailed when ordering online as prices vary depending on the area, please contact us using the “our stores” option on the home page should you have any problems. 

As we are an Interflora member prices for orders being sent via Interflora are set at their individual rates and we have no control over this. 

All our deliveries are made by our own delivery drivers who wear our uniforms and are clearly identified as a member of our staff. Deliveries are made in our signed vans. If our delivery drivers are unable to deliver the flowers to the recipient, they will leave a message card with details of where the delivery has been left or how to reschedule delivery. 

Same day delivery can be chosen for all days except Sundays. For same day delivery orders must be made before 2pm on the day of delivery. Orders made after 2pm will be made on the next working day or a date requested by the customer. None of our stores are open on Sunday's (except mothering sunday) and therefore we do not deliver on Sunday's (except mothering sunday)

 
 

Deliveries to hospitals & universities

Please specify as much location detail as possible i.e., floor number or department to ensure a successful delivery. In some circumstances which are out of our control, the flowers may be delivered to someone other than the recipient, such as the receptionist. Our florists will always endeavour to deliver the flowers to its intended recipient. Deliveries to hospitals can be difficult as patients move to different wards, a successful delivery cannot be guaranteed, for this reason we have the right to refuse a refund.

 

Additional Delivery Information

Please ensure that the recipient will be able to accept the delivery on the date selected. Please enter the most accurate delivery details, filling in all address fields; if you are not sure of the recipients post code, we can help, simply us the “our stores” option to find out contact details. Please note we are not liable for additional delivery costs caused by failed deliveries. Make sure you provide correct delivery details, as in the event we are unable to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete or if the delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the order for a resend. Once despatched we are unable to amend any delivery details.


Please note the distance selling regulation does not apply to flowers and plants due to the nature of perishable goods, but does apply to other gifts we sell.
